Irina Žebčuka is a Managing Partner at SIA Legal Point, with over twenty years of experience in immigration law and international mobility, combined with solid expertise in financial, corporate and banking law. She assists domestic and international clients in managing immigration procedures for professional, entrepreneurial and personal purposes, providing both regulatory and operational support. Her practice focuses in particular on compliance and regulatory aspects related to cross-border mobility of individuals and investors, including within complex multi-jurisdictional contexts. In parallel, she advises on corporate, financial and capital markets law, supporting clients in structuring complex transactions, drafting and negotiating contractual documentation, and liaising with competent authorities. She has developed significant experience in capital markets transactions, including participation in eurobond issuances for a total amount of approximately EUR 300–350 million for AS “Citadele banka”, as well as covered bond projects, handling both legal and regulatory aspects. During her career, she served as Head of Legal Department at SIA “PNB Assets”, where she led legal operations in investment and real estate transactions, managing legal risk and representing the company before authorities and courts. She operates primarily in international contexts, providing integrated legal assistance that combines immigration, compliance and corporate law expertise, with a strong focus on investors, companies and professionals involved in cross-border mobility and market entry processes. She holds a Master of Law (Mag.iur) from Baltic International Academy and is fluent in Latvian, English and Russian. Her approach is pragmatic and solution-oriented, with particular attention to operational efficiency and the integration of legal and regulatory aspects in complex international environments.
